Who are you?

I am a Researcher at the Lancaster Environment Centre, Lancaster University. I work on the Defra-funded MOPS2 (Mitigation of Phosphorus and Sediment 2) project, managing research into the use of constructed wetlands to control diffuse pollution from agricultural land.

What is your role in the project?

I am involved mainly in an advisory role, because of my knowledge of catchment processes and my research into diffuse pollution mitigation.

What is your background?

I studied for a BSc in Geography at Durham University and an MSc in Catchment Dynamics and Management at the University of Leeds, before going on to gain a PhD in phosphorus transfer at the University of Sheffield. Since 2007 I have worked as a researcher on diffuse pollution mitigation projects.

Where can I find more information about you?
